Event Management ($1,800)

This package is designed for the couple that predominantly needs help with the execution of their vision on the big day. Formerly known as day-of coordination, there are some additional services to help make your day go as smoothly as possible! An initial consultation, vendor recommendations and e-mail access for planning assistance throughout the process; during the last two months: two meetings to finalize details, day-of timeline creation, rehearsal coordination and full day-of management, start to finish, so you can be hands off and focused on enjoying all of the love in the space you dreamed of!

Partial Planning ($3,600)

Really want to plan your wedding, but don’t have a clue where to start, exactly? Overwhelmed, or have too much on your plate already? This package was made to fit those needs! We’ll take some of those main vendors off of your plate: find them, select 2-3 options for you to choose from based on your desired design, book and organize. All you have to do is make your selections, sign the contract and handle your invoice! You’ll get checklists to help guide your planning, needed vendor recommendations and contract reviews, four in-person meetings, phone check-in meetings, full e-mail, text and business hours phone access, day-of timeline, rehearsal management, and management of your event on the day!

Additional Services

One of the best parts of weddings is all the extra PARTIES we get to have! More times to share, love and laugh with the people we care about and make those awesome memories with. Of course, with planning the actual wedding, all of those other parties might seem a little overwhelming. Don’t worry, we’re here to help with that too! From engagement parties, wedding showers to rehearsal dinners and pre/post brunches we can lessen stress and help create your vision. You can also add additional meeting times outside of the allotted packages.

(10 hr. planning/execution-$800, 5 hr. planning/execution- $500, additional hours/meetings- $35/$50 per)
